Fiberglass Pipe Systems
Fiberglass piping systems offer the user excellent corrosion resistance. This is a major advantage over metallic materials since corrosion costs industry billions of dollars each year.
Several corrosion resistant materials - thermosetting resin (epoxy, vinyl ester, Furon, or isophthalic polyester) and continuous glass fibers - combine to form a piping system that is ideal for your chemical and industrial applications.
ALSCO has a wide range of sizes and systems for the chemical and industrial customer. Sizes range from 1/2" through 120" diameter with temperature up to 450° F. With such a broad selection one will be suitable for most applications - potable water, strong mineral acids, abrasive bottom ash slurries, and hundreds of others.
